the artist
Once upon a time there was an artist. He longed to have the most amazing painting full of color.... created by him. He found the perfect size and shape canvas to hang on his wall. In his quiet solitude he would dream of different shades and hues. The possibilities went on forever and his expectations were good company. As days went on the blank canvas hung on the wall and his dream hid safely in his head. There it stayed the most beautiful thing he has seen. Everyday..... everyday he would think to begin. But, he feared that what was in his head would never come to be. And, everyday he would pause. Unable to make his brush take the first stroke his fear became bitterness and his blank canvas hung covered in failure and resentment. What once was to be beautiful became blame and his dream surrendered to an unmet expectation that was no longer welcome but hated.

I love this post. Please come back!
that is pretty deep. I'd rather regret having painted than to not paint at all. Maybe he should invest in more than one canvas. love,
